Prestashops displays products in category in the order defined in adminstration panel. This can be overriden by url parameters:
?orderby=price&orderway=asc
This works even when the site uses pretty urls (rewritten urls), for example
https://www.harryfay.co.uk/7-silver-rings?orderby=price&orderway=asc
